Your Communication Sucks!
Your (Lack of) Communication is Costing You Sales and Profits! This has been an infuriating week. It has been filled with poor communication from various people who all impacted my client’s experience. While we might not be able to prevent the problems, the hiccups, the frustration came from the lack of communication.
Way too many small business owners let poor communication prevent their business from growing to its true potential.
Crappy communication will prevent your business from not only being used again by this customer, but it might be stopping the referrals from that customer as well as the person who referred them to you in the first place.
You can’t stop the problem, but you can control how you communicate the problem.
